In collaboration with the Town Engineer, and EMS personnel, Mr. Doak provided the plans & specifications for this 8,850 sf facility. The Town selected the site and Mr. Doak provided all site and building design components, including site development, building & structural design, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design.
Mr. Doak provided the construction documents to convert this 5,000 sf grocery store to office space. The required design elements were the building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and sewer connection.
Mr. Doak led the local Indian Community through the zoning and design process to convert an existing farm property to a 6,400 sf community center, including apartments for a caretaker and guests. Mr. Doak designed all aspects of the project including the parking lot, building & structural design, and mechanical, electrical, & plumbing design.
As Project Manager & Lead Engineer, Mr. Doak designed or oversaw the design, of all aspects of a 2,800 sf addition and new composting septic system.
