As Project Manager & Lead Engineer, Mr. Doak designed or oversaw the design, of all aspects of this bridge replacement project. To meet a critical deadline, this project required separate contracts for bridge demolition, steel acquisition, bridge construction, and stream & embankment restoration. Rock vanes were employed in the stream.
