Mr. Doak led the design team to a Context Sensitivity Award and PAST Award in this complete highway reconstruction project. Design entailed full depth highway reconstruction, unique sidewalk ramp solutions, context sensitive lighting, rails, & snow storage treatment along with complete water, sewer and storm system replacement.
